Liver Snaps
1 lb liver pureed (I use my food processor)
1 C cornmeal
1 tsp crushed garlic
enough flour to make it roll out
Roll onto greased cookie sheet and press to about 1/3 inch thick. Bake 20 minutes on 320 degrees. Cut into about 1″ squares using a pizza wheel/cutter. You can freeze or refrigerate. Cornmeal can be substituted with whole wheat flour or any type of flour that you prefer to use (ground millet works well, too.)
REMEMBER to either refrigerate or freeze homemade treats to avoid spoilage and insect infestation.
