“NOT FOR RELEASE OVER US NEWSWIRE SERVICES”
All in caps – exactly as it was in the February 17, 2010 news release.
Three years later, when thousands of pet owners are still waiting for the lawsuit settlement, still trying to pay off credit card bills, still morning their pets…and Menu Foods doesn’t want their $20 Million in profits announced in the U.S.
What nerve.
Here are the highlights Menu didn’t want U.S. citizens to see…
For 2009, Menu Foods Income Fund reports net income of $13.7 million; substantially up from the loss of $6.8 million in 2008.
President Paul Henderson stated all four quarters in 2009 were profitable; first time since 2006 (before their deadly recall).
That’s enough.

The best I can say is March 16, 2010; the day of the Announcement of the gift given to us. It will be good news, not another slap in the face. It will be all about the pets, not them.
Vindication; justification against denial or censure.

I was reading your article on the drug problem with the Teva Drug co. I’m looking for information and for other pet owners who have used the drug, vetsulin, for their diabetic dog and cat. We had a cat who was doing well until we started him on vetsulin @ 4/09. in the fall of 09 we did get the notice regarded problems with the drug but it was really not helpful and unfortunately our cat died in Feb ‘10. The vet thought he would not make it through the fall of ‘09 but he had a will to live but not his body. So do you know anything about the recall? Is the drug company being responsible for all the illnesses and broken hearts it has caused?
Thank you for your time,
